Healthy Kids Clinic

The Healthy Kids Clinic, which is designed to provide easier access to health care, is managed by HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc. and partially funded by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration. It is like a regular doctor's office and can handle some services without parents/guardians having to leave work such as ADHD services, acute/sick visits, mental health counseling, and dental treatment. Other services are available for TCE students with the proper referral. Please call the clinic for details.

For a child to obtain services, their family must first complete and return the consent packet. If you have concerns and you would like your child to be seen, please call the clinic or send a note to the teacher and we will contact you after we have done our assessment to discuss the plan of care. Also, annual physicals and sports physicals require that the guardian be present during the appointment. 

Because the clinic is inside Tates Creek Elementary School, all patients must check in with the school's front office before coming into the clinic. The hours are 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. when school is in session.
